#250 D.P.S. Decker Saddle
This saddle is shown single rigged (double rigging available) with the ‘C’ tree (combination arches) but the purchaser has the option of choosing from the 3 arch styles shown in the pictures at no extra cost. Trees are built by Dale Pack Station. Leather is Hermann Oak russet harness leather. All leather straps and parts are either machine or hand edged to a smooth rounded finish. Hardware is nickel and chrome plated. Breeching is back band style with rolled smooth bridle leather. Breast strap is contoured and 2-ply. Breeching and breast strap are sewn curved to prevent inward wrinkling. Side boards are red oak. Spider is 4” X 12” and 2-ply. Hip and quarter straps are 1” wide, all other strapping is 1 ¼” wide. Complete with leather bound, stuffed, 3-layer half breed and an attached quarter breed of 33 oz. heavy canvas duck. Cincha is 21 strand with crow’s foot rings.
AVAILABLE OPTIONS INCLUDE: double rigging with double pack cincha, leather paneled half breed, brass and bronze hardware. Saddle is approximately 38 pounds.
